The Public Utilities Commission will conduct Two Technical Sessions related to National Grid’s 2018-2020 Energy Efficiency and System Reliability Procurement Plans.
The first technical session will begin at 10 A.M. and will include presentations by National Grid and the Rhode Island Division of Public Utilities and Carriers consultant, Synapse Energy, regarding the Rhode Island Benefit Cost Test (RI Test).
The second technical session will begin at 1 P.M. and will include a presentation by National Grid regarding beneficial electrification of heating programs.
