The EEC will convene for Session #1 of its bi-annual Councilor Learning, Education, and Advancement Discussion (LEAD) session on Monday, April 29, 2024 from 1:00 – 4:00 p.m. (ET).

Councilor LEAD sessions allow Council members to gather outside of the formal monthly meetings for deeper learning and open discussions. Topics are driven by current priorities and often include a mix of Council responsibilities, timely efficiency planning considerations, and deeper dives into evolving efficiency issues and innovations. All members are expected to attend, and meetings are open to the public.
